Summary
Gon remembers Killua as his best friend.
He does not remember that Killua is his boyfriend.After an accident leaves Gon with patchy memory loss, Killua decides not to tell him about their four-year relationship, afraid that the truth would trap Gon into a choice he no longer remembers making. But their apartment is full of evidence, their friends are terrible liars, and Gon’s heart seems to remember what his mind cannot.

Masaki isn't the type to seek deep connections. Reserved, meticulous, and accustomed to relying only on himself, he has learned to navigate the world without unnecessary involvement. He will become a regular at the Cosmic Blaster, perhaps for the atmosphere or perhaps for that golden-eyed barista. Something will compel him to return almost every day, as a refresher course in his routine.
Between coffees, light-hearted jokes, and shared silences, Ranmaru and Masaki begin to get to know each other. Words become confidences, gestures become more attentive, and glances become longer.
