Summary
Long ago, you woke up with one hundred other people all at once in a facility on a volatile planet called Mendolo 3. None of the survivors nor you had any memories of your former lives. Time goes on though, the other survivors have all found their own place in life.
And maybe you have to. You get to go onto the USS Enterprise to study the android named Data, and you may even get to prove your life's work. Your hypothesis? That Data has a nervous system and if he does, that might shed some light on what types of feelings he has however muted they may be, if any that is.
Life seems to finally start going in a direction that you quite like… you've made wonderful new friends and meeting Data and being his friend is like a dream. That is until the assassination attempts start. And things only tailspin from there. And when you finally find out what you truly are, you find you might lose everything you've come to love for it.

After Data saves your life on an away mission, you have a new way of looking at him. Before, admittedly, you didn't really know him and after that whole twin thing that happened a couple years ago, you wouldn't say that you'd thought the best of him. However, now! Everything has changed, and the more you get to know him, the more you find yourself falling.
