"Hi." Roy's foot bumps Jason's shin, lazily grinning when he grunts.
"What are you doing, Roy?"
"Me?" Roy says coyly, glancing over his shoulder towards the bustle of cars and bikes and riders in the street below. "Nothing much. Just sitting here."
"On my rooftop?" Jason raises an eyebrow, crossing his arms. "Really, Harper. Why are you here?"
"Can't a guy just want to see his friend?" Roy asks, before leaning forward pressing a palm to Jason's chest. His gaze flicks down, before back up to Jason’s eyes.
A passing car honks below, Gotham’s usual cacophony of sirens blaring in the background.
"Oh, I don't know…" Jason trails off, Roy's finger trailing down towards his navel. "Sure that's only why?" His lips quirk up, palm settling on Roy’s right side.
Roy's hand wraps around his belt buckle. "Fine," He rolls his eyes, giving it an experimental tug, lip catching between his teeth. “His really hot friend with a really nice dick.”

Summary
Regardless of how Red Hood is viewed throughout Gotham, the point is Gothamites know Red Hood gets shit done. So in any other normal situation Jason would have everything perfectly under control. But of course the situation at hand is anything but normal. No the situation at hand involves the fucking Justice League. Specifically a Justice League that is not privy to the intimate workings of the Batfamily™, and therefore a Justice League that knows the Red Hood as a serial killing crime lord whose ranking on the Most Wanted list sits right next to Batman’s most brutal rogues.

Jason's attempts to keep his reputation as Gotham's worst crime lord after rejoining the family gets him in trouble with the Justice League.
