Summary
Bone chilling dread clawed through Ghost’s body as his brain tried catching up to what or rather who was standing there.
He was seeing a Ghost. Quite literally.
Standing before him, light reflecting off of the bone white mask brightly, was himself or at least some Thing that looked exactly like Ghost.------

Summary
Ghost noticed the falter in his step and the solemn expression. Silently he put a hand on the other’s back and got him to move again. “What you wanna eat?” He offered in a soft tone.
Rubbing at his eyes, Soap forces out a laugh. “Yer being awfully nice today Simon.”Something in Ghost’s expression tensed and he put his hand back into his pocket with a sigh.
“Know the feeling is all.”
Soap could feel his nose burn with the telltale sign of tears again. Blinking angrily he tried to force them away.

TlDr.: Soap got time off work for Christmas, is in a random city, alone and feeling sad. Drunk calling Ghost in the middle of the night brings some excitement and much needed warmth to the holiday. -

Summary
Soaps face had twisted into a frown, seeing the usually so well put together man in front of him look so disheveled. “How ye feeling?”
“Not great” Ghost’s voice was quiet, raw in an unusual manner. “Wet, dizzy, headache.” ‘too exposed and hard’ had gone unsaid. There was only so much he needed or wanted to share.-OR-
A simple Mission goes wrong. Schenanigans ensue. Ghost gets hit by something that turns his head into mush and other parts rock hard. Soap helps out and struggles with his inner thoughts a bit. -

Very little Plot, just enough to set up the Situation and a funny extra at the end.
