Summary
It's the Spring of 1998, and Ayase Momo has just graduated high school with no prospects, no college admission letter, and no job. Feeling aimless, and with her grandma bearing down on her to do something with her life, she gets a job at the local movie theater, pending... well, pending any sense of what it is she actually wants to do.
It's the Spring of 1998, and Takakura Ken is living in his workplace because he has nowhere else to go. He's worked as a projectionist at the local theater throughout high school, and with home not a viable option any longer, he's officially moved in. Hooray. With no friends and no way to make any, his sole hope is to get into a college far, far away from here and start over.
What was supposed to be a stupid bet between the pair turns into something neither of them could've expected. 'Nobody asks for their life to change, not really. But it does.'
