Kage Zen'in had reincarnated - or at the very least had inherited the memories of someone else with uncanny knowledge of the future in the form of a rather fast paced Manga called 'Jujutsu Kaisen' - and all in all he'd say that it wasn't exactly treating him kindly. Though, perhaps the Ten Shadows was a fair trade for such an awful beginning to ones life? That was at least what he told himself... and the portable petting zoo he called a Technique.
And by the time he started puberty, he'd actually gotten back on his feet. Not fully, but enough to firmly set his new goal, to become 'The Strongest'.
Not the hardest challenge, the competition isn't fierce in 2005, but that title was still the standard he'd set in his mind, the realm of power from that battle in Shinjuku. He'd reach that peak, he'd master his Technique, he'd tame Mahoraga.
After all, what other thing than power could give meaning to ones life?

Summary
The Golden age of Art, Poetry, Culture and Jujutsu. The Heian. Japan began to shunt off China's influence, the first Samurai rose to protect the claims of Feudal lords and the time the land of the rising sun progressed in a way never seen before on the Archipelago... and so too was this age the most bloody time for Jujutsu Sorcery.
It was the time where -over the course of nearly three hundred years- the three great Vengeful Cursed Spirits lived, died and then their Curses exorcized after death and that their blood lines first came into power.
The time of the King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna, who tore through the rising Shaman of the Jujutsu worlds Golden age and began the decent into the Kamakura, the Darkage of Jujutsu after his slaughter ran thin the herd of Jujutsu Sorcerers.
However... even if in the less than Thirty years of life he had brought unfathomable destruction to all Jujutsu Institutions and countless lives, there existed three Blights even more significant than him. Who, coincidentally, lived alongside him.

Summary
Forming from liquid shadow sure was a new experience, so too was being over nine feet tall -yes!- but the suicidal teenager trying to time his last words with his impending doom to sound cooler -while going kinda hard- concerned him to a much greater extent than he thought previously possible.
Sucide by what you ask? By him of course!
Which... *Clink* damn, looks like he adapted to having depressing thoughts, thanks Ten Shadows but now is not the time.
"Whats this now?" and that... was the King of Curses. He was Mahoraga and that was Sukuna. Though Mahoraga (guess that's my name now) might have been a bit frightened at the prospect of getting diffed by the Strongest of History if he wasn't busy trying not to laugh at the look of shear confusing on Megumi's face; his hands stuttering in place infront of him.
Bro already did his one move, his bag is empty, he's in prime 'Summon Mahoraga' stance yet raga already summoned. He's actually lost right now, looks like a freshly kicked puppy.
Damn, he can't even laugh *Clink* Oo? New update just dropped boys, the laughter patch be wildin.

Summary
Kansas wasn't exactly the most jaw dropping place, not to live or visit. It wasn't like it was an awful place to be, just out of the way, inauspicious in most things that drew the eye. It was also where two Shaman where heading on direct orders from HQ.
Inspired by the home of Jujutsu, the US -their neighbour across the sea- erected Barriers to assist the exorcising of Cursed Spirits which spanned across the entire Continental United States; the Interstate Barrier Committee, an independent organisation from both State and Federal government, maintaining it for two centuries.
However, while they where able to maintain the Barriers, and ensure they where operating nominally, they weren't able to see or interact with it's inner workings directly, having to gather data from their own sources to accrue data.
In other words, they themselves had to find why the Barriers that gathered CE around Sorcerer's in proportion to their strength, had decided to gather up two thirds of the Country's CE and dump it in the middle of nowhere.
This story wasn't about those two Shaman sent to discover the one responsible, but instead the person himself. The one shouldering the nations Curses and his Cursed Existence.

Summary
The Goal of this "Fic" is to document exactly how Gege Akutami presents the [Ten Shadows] technique in the Jujutsu Kaisen Manga and speculating exactly how it works based on what is and isn't shown. Those chapter endings where Gege Admitted that the math behind the [Limitless] technique made no sense does make this slightly redundant, however even if they don't make sense with the fake math Gege made, he does still stick to the rules he made in the story. I will be gathering every time the [Ten Shadows] is used, talked about and then speculate on the rules Gege follows yet doesn't state.
(I would like to note that this isn't me policing fic writing, a good deal of JJk is about characters interpreting their technique, however as someone who likes complying to lore this technique is by far the most difficult to pin down the rules for outside the basics. If you want your SI-MC to use an open barrier domain and summon 1000 Mahoragas, go ahead, however I'm still making this for general use - and hopefully discussion on whether my opinion is brain dead)

He couldn’t pin any sort of memory of where he was, what he was doing, or what was going on right before the present time, right then. He couldn’t recall any vivid memories of the people he knew, and the details of his former life, or what on earth could have led up to this abrupt body swap.

The sorcerer killer was not a good man. Understatement of the year, certainly; but it had to be said. What can expected when suddenly, the fearsome ghost of the Zenin Clan is replaced by a witless idiot from the great year of 2024 of our world, on the date of the canon character's death no less? What the hell could a hopeless teenager do; thrust into the absolute worst time and position imaginable, in a world where just about everybody and everything wanted him hurt or dead one way or another?
Toji Fushiguro was the man who escaped fate. But only time could tell if he could rewrite it too.

The pause this time was even longer. “...Because it is?”

Ijichi was trying his life today.
Hah. His life.
Wait.
“I’m alive,” he realised, unhappily.
“Yes?”
“I’m alive, and it’s 2017, and I didn’t get bisected on a livestream in front of everyone who’s ever known or even just heard of me yesterday.”
His perfect ending was ruined. Everything he’d built with Sukuna…the moments they’d shared…trying to kill each other…it was all gone. How could Sukuna never forget him if he didn’t even know him yet? He’d called him magnificent! Was all of that just...meaningless now?
“Bisected?” Ijichi yelped, focusing on the least important part of that sentence.

Dying doesn’t exactly go as expected. Still, Gojo Satoru is not one to let an opportunity go to waste. He’ll fix everything…or possibly fuck it up, depending on who’s asked, but Suguru’s opinion doesn’t count for shit; he’s just jealous.

Summary
The vivid clarity of the world around himself, draped in a dark cloak of night that his enhanced eyes saw through as if it were but a thin sheet; the crisp autumn air tickling the inside of his nostrils with such saturation that it almost felt like he could taste the coming winter on the tip of his tongue. The breeze that came from this altitude tickled his bare skin, and despite its ineffectual chill against his strengthened flesh, goosebumps climbed up his neck from the tactile sensitivity he bore against its breath.
Everything felt so real, realer and fresher than it'd ever been. If that made sense, which it probably didn’t.
His senses then were just so alive that he didn’t think he could recall a time he’d ever been so… aware, of everything.
Toji fucking Fushiguro. Who would've guessed. In the middle of Shibuya too, like, really?
