Summary
It has been three years since the fall and Sherlock Holmes and John Watson are united again. Solving crimes and taking names. However, a kidnapping gone wrong has left John with one less limb and it takes some time for him to adjust. Will Sherlock be able to help his friend? Summary
John Lester. Arthur thought about him carrying that name around everywhere he went and grit his teeth like he was chewing sand. It was his own damned fault for telling John to pick whatever he wanted; he’d had plenty of opportunity to lay down ground rules, it wasn’t John’s fault Arthur had run out of other Lesters quite some time ago with no plans to bolster numbers.
Not that he’d been much more enthused to gift his name to Bella. Why couldn’t he seem to stop comparing the scrap of the King in Yellow he’d stolen to his dead wife?
(In which John and Arthur take up private investigating together once they find their way out of the Dreamlands and into separate bodies.)

Summary
Arthur Lester was one of the best investigators that BEAAST had ever had, until John Doe fucked up and he was blinded in the field. Now he's stuck working with John until his boss decides that both of them have learned their lessons, and a bunch of boring shifts sorting eldritch artifacts are in his future.
That is, of course, the plan. But things rarely go as planned for Arthur.

Summary
You could try it on, John said, slowly, hesitantly and Arthur didn't know why he in response just wordlessly raised the bracelet so John could take it from him. There was a click, quiet yet somehow unfathomable loud in the silence of the room and then Arthur felt the bracelet close around his wrist.
John's hand lingered for a moment too long, the warmth of his skin a sharp contrast to the cold metal and Arthur felt himself shudder slightly. Then John's hand moved away and Arthur was left with only the feeling and weight of the bracelet around his wrist. "How does it look?" Arthur asked. Good, John replied almost immediately. You … it looks good, Arthur.
John starts gifting Arthur jewelry. It takes both of them a while to figure out why exactly.

Summary
The first time Jon feels Martin’s erection pressing against him while they're kissing, Jon thinks, oh, nice.
That's a bit of a surprise. Normally his reaction would be more along the lines of oh, great, now I'm going to be expected to do things. But Martin so clearly doesn't expect Jon to do anything, aside from possibly bite his head off, judging by the way he jerks away from Jon like he just brushed against a hot stove, mumbling a hasty, "Oh, god, sorry."
He looks...flustered. Some rarely-seen part of Jon’s mind rears its head and informs him that Jon would very much like to fluster him some more.
