Mari died!
And got snatched by a god, who wants her to save the Jedi! What better body to give her than that of her own OC?
That she made when she was 15.
The one with the white hair, and the wings, and the terrible, terrible luck, because what teenager doesn't torture her own OCs? She's got ten years to figure out how to save the Clones, and the Jedi, and maybe Mandalore too, if she can squeeze it in.
Mari could handle Transmigration. She'd practically read the guide book, with all the Isekai and reincarnation media she'd consumed over her lifetime. Manga, Manhwa, Anime, everything she could find. She knew more or less what to do.

Summary
Beware of your own desires: having been thrown into a world far removed from his own, Harry has to draw on everything he learned as an Auror and during his healing training - all to save himself and prevent medieval people from dying of colds and broken bones.
In a world where the sick are treated with incense and prayers, his knowledge of modern medicine and magic makes him either a miracle worker or an easy target.
Dear Ser, wash your hands before eating, drink less questionable ale, and come see me if you begin to feel strange!
P.S. Dragons and prophecies - best avoided.

Summary
Few tales are so oft debated by scholars as that of Lady Hazel Potter, the witch who came from beyond the known world and found herself amidst the blood of Old Valyria. Stranger still was the affection she inspired in two brothers who could not have been more different. Prince Baelor, called the Hammer of the First Blackfyre Rebellion, loved her as he loved duty itself: steadfastly, quietly, and with a devotion that asked for nothing in return. His was a patient love, built in late-night conversations, shared burdens, and the certainty that her happiness mattered more to him than his own. Prince Maekar, called the Anvil, loved her as storms love the sea: fiercely, possessively, and without apology. Where Baelor sheltered her, Maekar stood ready to burn kingdoms for her. His affection was not gentle, but neither was it uncertain. Yet for all their differences, the brothers shared one truth. Both saw in Hazel Potter something rare: a woman who carried grief without surrendering to it, who had crossed worlds and remained herself. Thus the histories remember them—not as the Hammer and the Anvil alone, but as two princes whose hearts were forever altered by a witch from another world.
