Adults looked at him with pity, when he would mention his age after they took a guess and they always guessed five years older then he actually was.

    You just carry yourself like you’re older, and your eyes just look old

    Someone had once said to him, and Jongho had carried those words around for a long time.

    The thing about being mature, is that you know and understand that these people don’t mean anything malicious when they say these things, that they think they are praising you in a way. So you can’t say:

    Stop calling me mature for my age

    Or

    Jongho struggles with his identity in the new world they're in and doesn't realise that leaving in the night for a walk without telling anyone may give his hyungs a heart attack.
