This is jumping the gun on the series I'm working on, but anyone can guess this ending I suppose. Sam is in a long term relationship with a woman he meets in season three. They have three children by this point.
Going with the theory that Sam's abilities are in-born rather than demon-gifted, he'd likely pass them on to his children. I bet that could be helpful sometimes.

Yes, B is back. Trying to be inclusive while saving the world from forgeries. That is until God reminds her that she was in love with Sam freaking Winchester! Can she convince Sam that Dean isn't dead, and can they find a way to get him out of Purgatory before the monsters get him, or he sends all the monsters to the empty?
