What is the last thing he remembers?
His name is Bucky. James Buchanan Barnes, to be precise. He was born on March, 10, 1917, to George and Winifred Barnes. He has a younger sister, Rebecca Barnes. His best friend- no, his boyfriend's, Steve was his boyfriend now, ever since Azzano, name is Steven Grant Rogers.
And the last thing he remembers is pure, unadulterated fear as wind whips in his ears, and then freezing cold.
And then there's nothing.
There's a knock on the closed door of the bedroom he's in. He catches a glimpse of metal on his left arm in his peripheral vision as he turns his head to face the door.
Out of instinct, he says "come in."
OR: 50 First Dates (but essentially just the ending conclusion), but it's Bucky and Steve.
