Summary
There is a theory that all snipers have to learn, and it's called the Coriolis Effect.
It's a proven theory that when a fired projectile is in flight, natural forces like the spinning of the planet and gravity of all things on said planet can effect the path traveled.
For most, it's a lesson that only applies to the accuracy of a target. For the sniper of Clone Force 99, the Coriolis Effect has a far different kind of meaning that goes far past the physical constraints of being a marksman.
Crosshair is a master at his craft. A marksman of impossible finesse, who can account for any complication should one arise. After all, a sniper has to make one shot count. But even the most renowned sniper of the GAR can't account for everything.
That just happens to be the Weapons Director stationed in Kamino.
