Prompt - I'm just imagining Dennis getting super excited about something and jumping straight into Mac's arms, Mac lifts him up and is SO fucking surprised that he's talking to the gang like "did you guys see that??!?!" because Dennis has gradually stopped touching him over the years. Some time later, Dennis walks into the bar super tired and leans his head on Mac's chest and lets Mac hold him in front of everybody & Mac almost has a heart attack - and thus begins Dennis constantly glomming onto Mac because he had an existential crisis and just needs to be held.
