Summary
Sam and Dean work a case in Alabama, Sam cross-dressing as woman for them to gain access to the high-end and old-fashioned country club to figure out why and who is causing the odd deaths in the area. The brothers find themselves wrapped up in the thick of it far quicker and deeper than they're entirely comfortable with. Far-reaching consequences affect Dean especially who finds himself temporarily female and is kidnapped shortly thereafter. It would appear someone wants to teach the Winchesters a lesson and scare them into running. They clearly have not met them before nor their resilience to adversity with which they tackle the situation and their subsequent new reality.

Summary
