Bakugou Katsuki has a resting heart rate that most medical professionals would classify as "concerning."
He also has chronic headaches, constant muscle tension, sleep problems, and enough stress hormones to qualify as a natural disaster.
None of this is news to him.The alarming part is that he thought all of it was normal.
Or: UA discovers that Explosion has been putting Bakugou's body through hell for years, and nobody—including Bakugou—likes what they find.

It all started on a random weekend a few weeks after Katsuki's kidnapping; only when dorm-life brought the class closer together did they begin to discover things about each other. Their likes and dislikes, how they lived and most importantly, their home lives. Most would talk about their homes as something to miss, something to look forward to but some held those words in their throat. It was a taboo subject that even the simple word 'mother' couldn't come out of their mouth.
Katsuki was that person. For the longest time he'd kept it to himself but without even saying a thing, it all began to unfold itself. Like a flower that bloomed under the sun.

A villain attack leaves Katsuki under the effects of a vampire-like quirk that will slowly drive him mad if he is unable to consume enough blood to satiate his hunger. While that might seem like a dire situation to some, Class 1-A are more than up to the challenge to take care of their classmate, whether he wants them to or not. What's a little blood drinking between friends, right?
Only, things don't seem so straightforward when it comes to Izuku. For some reason, when Katsuki bites him, his reaction is a bit more...intense compared to everyone else. And Katsuki finds that Izuku isn't the only one who enjoys it when it's his turn to be bitten...
