Everyone knew that Dazai was possessive, especially of his (former) partner, Chuuya. It's really quite obvious.
On the other side, it certainly seemed like Chuuya was not as possessive as he didn't try to keep Dazai close or appear jealous of Dazai's flirtations with others.
However, Chuuya was just as possessive, just not in a way most would pick up on.
