    King Dedede has schemed up a plan to defeat the hero of Dreamland once and for all; sending Bandana Waddle Dee, King Dedede's most skilled and loyal servant, to create a fake friendship with Kirby to learn all of the lonely puffball's secrets (and weaknesses). And Bandana Dee's the most perfect Waddle Dee for the job. He's smart, he's skilled, and, most of all, he hates Kirby to a massive extent. But as the charade of tricking Kirby goes on, Bandana Dee begins to see Kirby as more than a childish glutton and the king's mortal enemy. And as time passes, Bandana Dee begins to question if his friendship with Kirby is still as fake as he tells everyone back at the castle.
