Summary
Artemis has a fight with her mom over not wanting to force a “normal” family dinner for Thanksgiving.
Wally refuses to let her spend Thanksgiving alone in the cave and invites her to his family dinner despite still being mad at her for lying during their last mission.
Artemis knows it’s probably a bad idea but is curious as to what Wally’s family is like, and if, through them she can figure out why the speedster is the way that he is.

Artemis knows she messed up. She tried to do things on her own and it ruined the mission for her team. Now she's just waiting for them to decide she's too reckless to be on the team. She's ready to accept it (almost), but did they have to send Wally to kick her out?

Artemis thinks the team is about to replace her with Red Arrow. Wally just wants to know if she's okay after how the mission went.

Summary
I noticed that in 'Bereft' there's a scene when Wally claims he's "way out of juice", but then it only serves as an explanation as to why he can't run Aqualad to the ship.
So, Chekhov's Gun, I wrote a Missing Scene of a more interesting, and dare I say, realistic, result with a healthy dose of Artemis and Wally relationship building (which can be read as romantic or platonic). Also, I like giving Wally seizures :D
