Summary
When Operative Dick Grayson goes missing during a mission into the Darkspace, Bruce has little choice but to enlist the notorious outlaw, smuggler, and mercenary known as the Red Hood to find his missing son and bring him home. “Uh, I’m not a doctor?” The man sounded puzzled, and maybe a little freaked out.
“You need to fix him,” Parker repeated and reached into her pocket. For a delirious second Eliot thought she was going to pull a gun, which was the last thing they needed right now, but she pulled out a stack of cash. A big stack. Parker never gave up her money for anything -- she’d made him pay for every meal they’d eaten, and that was what made him realise more than anything else.
“I’m dying,” Eliot said, and then passed out.

There's a shriek and a thud as Isaac loses his grip, falling on top of Erica and Boyd, sending them all to the ground in a heap.
"Yes," Peter says flatly. "Thank god for that."

You shook your head, but gave him a smile, trying to soothe his worries, the ones you could see lingering in his eyes, your heart a fluttering bird in its cage. “It’s fine, it’s not work. It’s just…have you ever felt like you’re missing something?”
His eyes were looking through you again, or trying to at least. They felt so deep, and you wondered if you could drown in the bleeding pools, if you would ever let yourself be ensnared in the redness until it encompassed all of you.
“I keep going. I work. I go on with my life, but it always feels like something is missing, like I lost a part of myself and I can’t get it back,” you continued, voice getting lower and lower, eyes getting lost in the dreams and feelings that had felt so real, but couldn’t be.
