“Look, I don’t know what you’re trying to pull, so I’ll just be frank,” Kaeya says, crossing his arms. “Diluc Ragnvindr died two years ago in Snezhnaya after a confrontation with the Tsaritsa’s Harbingers. They sent back a body. I’m not sure what you are, but it’s really rude to waltz into someone’s home masquerading as their dead brother. So you’re going to sit right there until one of the alchemists comes over to find out what you really are. Don’t even try to run away. I’ll personally stop you.”
“Uh,” Diluc says. Is it bad that he’s fixating more on Kaeya calling him his brother than the whole being dead thing? “Can I ask you a question?”
During Weinlesefest, an irregular Ley Line outcrop in Dawn Winery’s vineyards sends Diluc on a involuntary vacation in a universe where he is dead, and Kaeya is Master of the Winery.

Kazuha pushes himself to his feet, alarmed at how okay he feels. No aching knees, no tight scar tissue in his hand, no… anything. It’s warm, sunny, the even breeze filling his ears, and ahead of him stretches a tall forest of cherry trees with crimson leaves and blanketing branches.
And Tomo.
Tomo, with leaves caught in his sandy hair and his arms full of cherries. He stares wide-eyed at Kazuha like a kid caught mid-bite into a cookie they shouldn’t have.
“What the fuck?” Tomo says
OR, Kazuha is killed by the Raiden Shogun, but the people who love him most won't stand for it.
