At that point, the only thing left for her to do is have an identity crisis of epic proportions, an issue which is not at all helped by the ten years of newly-returned memories warring for space with the ten years she had without them.Ace sets her straight.

Maybe it’s Luffy deciding to send Coby off with a kiss, or maybe it’s Zoro falling in love with his captain at the same time he’s discovering how sexually compatible he and Nami are, or maybe it’s Nami and Usopp deciding the best way to get over Vivi and Kaya is to date each other, but by the time they hit Sabaody, everyone on the ship except Chopper is tangled up in it somehow, and none of them can bring themselves to regret it.

The basis of the challenge is polycules with a minimum of four characters, so yes I do actually need all of those ship tags. Believe it or not, that's me trying to be conservative about them and only tag ships that get some actual focus.Series

Sabo didn't fully consider the implications of what it means to become a logia before eating Ace's fruit.
To become something new requires you cease to be what you were before. A man of flesh and blood and a man of flame hold fundamentally different compositions from one another.
He'd count his humanity an acceptable sacrifice for Ace's legacy any day. He just would've preferred making that sacrifice on purpose, rather than finding out after it was already far too late for second guesses.
