Summary
The Castle of Lions stop by a planet named Drakma to form an alliance. The local Drakonians seem friendly enough, in fact they look very similar to humans (minus the sharp canines and bird legs). But what happens when the Drakonians make a request in return for making an alliance with Voltron? Their request: save a group of Drakonians who were enslaved by the Galra.

“Guys, you should really come down now! Something is happening!” Hunk said through the intercom.
“Lance??” Allura froze as she saw Lance fly the Castle.
“But that shouldn’t be possible! Only an Altean from the royal Altean family can use those controls!” Coran said.
Then another thing happened.
Lance was still flying the ship, so he couldn’t see it. Pidge was the first one to notice.
“Guys! Look at his cheeks!” she pointed out.
And sure enough, on Lance’s cheeks right under his eyes, light blue sickle-shaped marks started appearing.Or (previously): The Voltron Paladins discover something about one of them. Something none of them knew. Not even Lance himself.

“I understand… because I’m the same.” His voice came as a whisper, and Lance barely managed to pick up on the words. He wasn’t sure if he heard right, but chokes on a laugh as he shakes his head. The same? He didn’t have the same marks. He wasn’t going through the same crisis that Lance was going through now. “I know what you’re thinking. I’m not… Altean. But I’m not completely human either.” Keith’s body language seems to stiffen as he says this, crossing his arms as he looks over at Lance. His gaze was much softer than when they first saw each other the evening before.
