Mingyu clears his throat, steering the conversation from flirting territory. There’s no way Chan is interested in him, not when they only really know each other as acquaintances.

He uses this to save the world from the golden army, geek out to his inner anthropologist’s content at the troll market, and give Nuada hope that all is not lost for him and his people. Nuada is fascinated by John’s genuine curiosity for his people, his pure heart, and his stubborn hope for a peace. John proves himself an excellent partner for Nuada. This is fantastic since those bracelets mean they’re married now. Shh, don’t tell John, Nuada wants to see his face when he realizes it in a century or so.

The Strawhats helpfully spread the word that Sanji’s already married to Zoro, thanks (which is news to Zoro who’s been quietly pining for a few years, but Sanji needs help so of course he’s in.). Sanji discovers Zoro is actually quite an attentive husband, and maybe making their fake relationship real wouldn’t be terrible.

He risks a glance towards Wei Wuxian and Jin Ling, and instantly regrets it. Wei Wuxian is in tears, and his nephew doesn't look a whole lot better. Breathing in deeply, Jiang Cheng looks at Lan Xichen instead, drawing strength from the steadiness of his presence.
"What form could a boggart yao take for me," he finishes, "when everything I ever feared has already come to pass?"

Jiang Cheng still loses and regains his core, but without the cancelling out self-sacrifices, fractured then shattered sibling relationship, and sibling deaths. Throughout his stay as a Wen, he remains a gentleman, especially to those forced into situations like himself. Plus, Meng Yao decides being Jiang furen is so much better than being legitimized by a jerk face who kicked you down a massive tower of stairs. Bonus, Wen Zhuliu being a secret good guy.
