“Eddie I think it’s time you got rid of them” Robin spoke as she watched Eddie sneeze for what felt like the 100th time that day. In reality, it had probably been a lot more.
Eddie’s eyes grew wide and recoiled back dramatically as if Robin was physically going to snatch the cat from his arms and walk out of his trailer with it. He held Sabbath, higher in his arms practically on top of his head so even if Robin did try and grab her at least he would have the slight height advantage
“How could you even say something like that?! Orion and her babies are my babies! That’s like telling Steve to get rid of the kids!” He exclaimed as moved the cat back into his arms, meowing since she wasn't being cuddled anymore.

Aether only wanted to buy a small, turquoise purse shaped like a bug-eyed fish. He didn't expect to spend the day navigating the crowded streets of Liyue Harbor with Adeptus Xiao at his shoulder. Between accidentally scamming a discount at Wanmin Restaurant and receiving relationship advice from a retired Archon, Aether realizes that while Xiao might be a terrifying weapon against demons, he's surprisingly vulnerable to the charms of a mundane afternoon.
or; Everyone in Liyue harbor thinks Aether and Xiao are dating, and honestly? Neither of them are doing a very good job of proving otherwise.

Summary
Paimon chokes on a sob, her wide star specked eyes finding Aether’s gold ones as she falls still, tears streaming down her face.
“Aether” she says again and Aether sees her mouth shape his name more than he hears it, the silent plea striking him through the chest.
“No matter” Rerir states, feet from the Aether’s best friend chained to the ground. “We’ll rectify that soon enough.” Aether gasps on a panicked noise, almost dry heaving through the gag in an attempt to free himself from it.
