Ella es Amera, la jodida Madre América y puede hacer lo que se le de la gana.
Había despertado en un laboratorio de Vought, sin saber quién era. La llamaron Amera, y más importante: la madre del Super más fuerte del mundo, Homelander. Los médicos le dijeron que había estado padeciendo una enfermedad poco común, que la metieron en una cápsula criogénica para evitar que la enfermedad avance y que solo recientemente pudieron ayudarla. Asintió y lo aceptó. ¿Por qué no les creería?
Excepto que no. Porque sí recuerda, y esas memorias le indican que este mundo fue una serie de televisión, una sátira de superhéroes, The Boys. Ahora es la única capaz de enfrentar a Homelander, y querían usarla para contrarrestarlo. No lo iba a permitir.
Por un lado, su nuevo hijo es un monstruo narcisista temperamental. Pero, maldita sea, cuando meten a una mujer infértil en el cuerpo de una madre, en un mundo donde los poderosos se salen con la suya, ¿realmente esperaban poder contenerla?
(O: Le dan una madre a Homelander, una mujer que puede guiarlo y contenerlo, aunque no esencialmente para mejor.

Summary
So here's the thing about getting hit by a truck: you're supposed to wake up in a hot anime boy's harem or whatever. Not in the body of a B-list superhero from a show you only half-paid attention to while eating takeout.
But no. She's in The Boys universe now. Stuck as Starlight. Surrounded by sociopaths in spandex. And her only goal is to not get lasered into fine red mist by Evil Superman with mommy issues.
Simple, right? Just stay quiet, don't draw attention, and definitely don't say anything that makes Homelander like her.
Except she panics. And overshares. And accidentally says something about how lonely he must be, looking down at everyone, never having anyone who can just stand next to him.
And now he's looking at her like she's the first person who's ever seen him.
She didn't want this. She didn't ask for this. She just wants to go back to her apartment and her shitty Wi-Fi and her complete lack of mortal peril.
But Homelander doesn't let go of things he wants.
