“Whatever. It all looks fine to me, standard merch.” Till tries to play it cool but he couldn’t help feeling a little proud.
“I wonder if your doll has a little Tilly too” Ivan pulls down the clothes of the doll to check.

In fairness, there was precious little Phainon was truly able to think about when he had his knees pushed up to his ears, thighs straining from him effectively being folded in half, legs unable to find purchase and his fingers rending stalks of wheat from the earth.
He could barely breathe—but whether that was owed to the position he was in, or for the fact that he'd simply forgotten how, remained uncertain. Sharp, loud gasps escaped him as tears bled down his cheeks and his lips parted on each choked sound.
Carrying the eggs of a vidyadhara to term was not on Phainon's bucket list.

The setting looked straight out of a romantic date movie scene. The crimson-cushioned dining chairs that they were currently seated on were positioned to face each other on the— small but fitting for two— dining table.
“So, tell me,” Lucifer began, handling his utensils with the grace belonging of royalty as he started slicing on his steak, “What do you love about sharks?”
Vox blinked, dumbfounded.
Takes place in the 1960s. Here, Lilith disappears this early into the series instead of 7 years.
This story is a series of Lucifer and Vox fixing every issue in Hell as the rulers of Hell. As partners. They’ll work together to do it even if they have to argue sometimes, but I’ll be damned if they don’t look after each other.
That’s the plot.

Something even I’m not allowed to see.”
Phainon is losing his mind, the promise of the collar coming off so close. “You can see,” he whimpers.
“Can I, now? Who else got here before me? Lady Aglaea?” Phainon is shaking his head. “Lady Castorice?”
“No,” Phainon pleads. Which is a lie, but he just wants Mydei to remove that wretched article, replace it with his teeth, sink in deep– ...
“It’s alright,” Mydei murmurs, even as his eyes remain dangerous, scent tinged with a metal edge. “Because the way I get to have you now is something no one else ever has or will.”

Summary
As a broke young adult, Phainon was slowly going insane filing job applications. With each rejection or ignored application on his end, he knew he was running out of time to find some way to pay his bills. His roommate and parents couldn't cover for him forever. In the midst of his desperation, his close friend Castorice gives him another option - becoming a sugar baby. Desperation and trust in his friends leads Phainon to join the strange app that Castorice mentions to him and eventually, right as he's about to give up on the app, it leads him to Mydei.
Being paid to just exist wasn't what Phainon had expected when he met Mydei. It did give him a good excuse to ask his unfairly attractive sugar daddy out on dates though.

“You are not ‘too full,’” Mydei said after a long pause, his voice a low rumble that vibrated through them both, “not ugly, not diminished. You used to carry the weight of worlds every day without complaint, Phainon. Now you carry our child the same way, with the same stubborn heart that once dragged dawn across ruined skies. If anything, this only proves how vast that heart truly is.”
Phainon lifted his head, cyan eyes still a little misty but brighter now, as if the simple words had kindled something deep inside.
The tension in Phainon’s shoulders slowly melted as he exhaled, long and shaky. He let Mydei guide him into a more comfortable position among the cushions, the two of them rearranging the nest together—folding lighter throws with sun patterns, tucking extra padding where his back needed support.
