The minutes go by, as a stare bore right through Iruma’s skull. He felt like he was going to be done in death and eaten by a demon twice over!
Iruma watches the pendulum swing back and forth in a repetitive motion of a grandfather clock, his feet planted into a criss-cross position not daring to move. Over in the back, Kalego huffs, waiting impatient for the hour to go by.
It was the last hour before their contract officially ends.
(Or: Iruma had another choice for a new familiar, only just to fight off the suspicions he was human.)

That was the excuse Asmodeus always told when demons questioned Iruma’s lack of knowledge on mundane things. Well, perhaps ‘assumption’ is a better word to use than ‘excuse’.
Iruma had never actually told Azz a backstory at all. His assumptions, although a bit presumptuous, were reasonable. And, in honesty, Iruma felt gratitude that the other demon had come up with a cover story for him so he wouldn’t have to mull over it himself.OR
Iruma and the Boku Alliance realize that they know quite little about their misfit classmates. To fix this, Iruma uses the help of Asmodeus to host a 'drinking' party in which they get to know each other better. Iruma hasn’t been in the netherworld for long but he has picked up a few things ever since his grandfather took him in. He knows that there is a hierarchy between demons and their ranks, the higher you are the more powerful you are. He also has learned how demons have adapted and evolved over time, and more importantly, he learned how much demons value their wings. To be a demon with no wings is not a demon. To be bound to the ground and never soar to new heights might as well be a death sentence; and Suzuki Iruma, 14 years old, the grandson of one of The Three Greats, is a human.
He lacks the one thing that makes a demon.
So when Iruma stands in front of his teachers, with his back exposed to the cool air in the room he fears for his life . He feels the dread inside himself well up and feels isolated as he is being gawked at. He is not one of them, and never will.
To be bound to the ground is a curse, a weight that will always press down on Iruma's conscience. It's a reminder of his limitations in a world that prizes strength and freedom above all else and he will never truly fit in.

Narnia Naberius hates humans to the bone. Not many demons know about humans ,they consider humans as a myth or fantasy.
After discovering a living human in the netherworld, Narnia promises himself that he will get that human as soon as possible or whenever it takes. Even make himself dirty, he will get that human and take that parasite out of the netherworld.
But one dream or order takes that change. During his sleep, Lord Cerberus takes demand to him.
"Naberius, a command you to protect that human you wish to harm. They carry the future of the Naberius clan".
That command makes him confused and angry at that at the same time.
"Why do I need to protect that weak and manipulated human that is almost wide out our clan, My Lord?" Frustrated Narnia ask.
"That human you hate will make huge changes and then carry the most valuable treasure that netherworld that keeps the netherworld to its core and back to its origin. The netherworld is coming back to its roots. It's our duty to keep the netherworld neutral and keep off harm," Lord Cerberus replied.

His little hands clutching his own shirt, he looked fearfully first at one and then at the other demon, before taking a seat on the chair furthest from them. He had to climb up, but when he managed to sit down he smiled with satisfaction, his little hands clenched into fists above his knees. Only then did Kalego hand him the biscuits, advising him to eat slowly. The smile on the child's lips widened, his eyes lit up with wonder: no one had ever given him biscuits. He made a small bow, murmuring a thank you, took the package in his little hands, handed it to the two who refused with a nod of their heads. Finally he opened it, took one and put it in his mouth. A small moan of joy was caused by all that goodness and sweetness, the little hands already ready to grab the next biscuit as he chewed. Kalego turned to Balam "Do you understand why it is better for us to handle him for now? If the Chair-demon saw him in this condition, it would be so disgustingly embarrassing and would probably prefer to keep him as he is now."
Basically Iruma turned on his six years self.
