Summary
Merlin's jobs are as follows: Assistant physician, Prince's Manservant, and Secret Protector of the Once and Future King.
A sudden influx of magical beasts from a nearby kingdom terrorising Camelot and flushing the Druids out of hiding forces him to take up another one: Emrys, King of the Druids. Of course, he's doing this anonymously, he's gonna need a disguise. No one can know it's Merlin kicking the shit out of stray Chimeras.
Meanwhile, Arthur is terribly frustrated. His father won't let him out even as magical beasts are rampaging around the kingdom, and people are dying. Well, what Uther doesn't know won't hurt him. But he's gonna need a disguise. No one can know it's Arthur beating the brains out of random water spirits.
And, sidenote: who's this Emrys guy?-----

Summary
Merlin has no reason whatsoever to trust Mordred, and more than a few reasons not to. He's seen the signs, been warned more than enough times, and all the energy he's wasted in the past trying to thwart the Dragon's prophecies pretty much just proves that the future is already decided. Destiny is painting Mordred as the villain, and so far, it's not been wrong.
Distrusting him is easier said than done, though, particularly when half of Camelot seems to think Merlin's hopelessly infatuated with him.

Summary
A foreign dignitary comes to Camelot—and brings the Monster of the Week with him. It’s just a tad unusual that the monster confesses their magic to Arthur the moment they meet and asks for asylum until they can flee the city.
Now the Prince’s daily tasks include not only keeping his idiot servant from doing anything too stupid, but also using the little time he has with this newest “friend” to goad a certain somebody into finally confessing his long- (and badly) held secret.
Too bad the monster has plans of their own.
Their big goal? Getting into Merlin’s bed.
The way there? Convoluted.
The biggest danger? The fool eloping with the monstrous woman and leaving Arthur behind.Wait—of course that’s not what the Prince would say. Obviously, the real threat is Uther finding out and lighting some fires.
May Magic smile upon them.

"Gwen." Merlin interrupted. Arthur nodded. At this point, he wasn't sure why he even bothered to ask. He was pretty certain his wife was going to knight Merlin any day now. He looked Merlin up and down for a few moments before accepting it all with a sigh.
"As long as you get my armor to me tomorrow...I don't care." He finally said, turning away. Merlin cleared his throat.
"Gwen gave me tomorrow off."
