Summary

Sakura, after being struck with a space-time Jutsu, is pulled through both time and space into a reality that shares familiar faces, although everything else is turned upside down.
The Uzumaki rule the pearl rich seas in the East, next to their closest allies The Senju, who rule the West and South. The Uchiha Family are the current warlords of the North; renowned warriors and fearless kings.
Apothecaries, above competent soldiers and beautiful consorts, are highly sought after. They’re rarer than gold after the last war destroyed their ranks, making sicknesses more lethal than anything else in the world. People are willing to kill for apothecaries, and, unfortunately, Sakura could be keyed as just that.
(Not to mention she's under the gaze of the entire Uchiha lineage, including the feared general, Uchiha Madara, who seems willing to give her the world, if only she would let him)

“Hi"; Obito says. It’s followed by the sound of shattering glass.
“Obito?” Kakashi sounds a bit too surprised to hear the voice of the person he’s just called. Obito doesn’t say anything, but he doesn’t hang up either. He just waits, he hears Kakashi swallow and then sigh and then move, there’s clicks of glass as he probably cleans whatever mess he caused.
Or Obito used to be an idol in a group with Kakashi and Rin, but after an accident he goes to the US to live a normal life. Kakashi thinks he's dead, but keeps sending him text messages and one night calls.

Well, potayto, potahto is what Orochimaru says. Now starting a new life with a crazy madman who thinks it's okay to stick people with needles, Kakashi has to come to terms with a lot of things. Namely, his depression and anxiety, the general horror that has been his early to mid childhood, his lost clan history, and right of course, the crazy snake Sannin who keeps calling him things like 'my dear' and a 'pet'.
Yeah, Kakashi is not certain he made the most sound decision but it's made and now it's time to see where it'll take him. He really hopes he won't have to deal with a new discovery about his sexuality or the sudden emergence of a long-thought dead teammate on top of everything else too...

Obito Uchiha is a determined, intelligent knucklehead. Really, he is very smart but he's also incredibly stupid. His arch nemesis and sworn enemy, Kakashi Hatake is much the same. Obito would argue, however, that Kakashi is even more stupid than him, a hard argument to make but not an impossible one.
As it turns out, their mutual stupid gets in the way of several things such as, drum roll please, their very obvious feelings for each other. The only problem is those feelings are obvious to everyone except Obito and Kakashi. But as they're forced to spend more time together and Obito learns more about his rival, he realizes maybe the guy isn't so bad after all...

In their first life, Hatake Kakashi believes that he is the cause of all of Uchiha Obito’s misfortunes. If they hadn’t met at all— Tobi would have lived a better life, not like this, drowning this fake world under Infinite Tsukiyomi.
So Kakashi turns back time to prevent the world's destruction, and give Uchiha Obito everything he wanted too. “Here damn. Here’s your perfect world— Rin’s alive, you’re Hokage, the village loves you.”
Kakashi succeeds, he paid his debts to Tobi. This entire world is his apology to Tobi.
Then Kakashi walks away, leaves the continent, and builds a new life where the past can’t reach him.

Kakashi and Obito are going through a rough patch in their relationship right now.
Unfortunately for them, life (namely, a time-traveling, mini Team Minato being plopped into a future where two-fourths of them are dead) could not give less of a damn.
