Dragon Ball Rebellion is a story about change. The way that one little difference can alter fate as we know it. This story dives deeply into the character of Raditz as well as his past, showing who the man is before coming face to face with his younger brother on Earth. However, when he manages to avoid death, he realizes that he’s been given a second chance. Raditz is determined to rise against those that had once looked down upon him. Vegeta, Frieza, and all others like them. No matter what, he will make a difference.
