    Summary

    Sequel to Cyclamen

    The world does not follow a set guide. The actions of others heavily influence how the future unfolds.

    They both survived their daring plan. The two of them managed to make it out alive, and yet, not entirely in one piece. Izuku knows that part of him died with Stain and that he will never get it back. Hitoshi knows that he's will do anything and everything for the life he has. Shouto can't let go of the peace he has, not when he's spent so long experiencing only pain. None of them can return from where they came, so their only choice is to keep moving forward.

    Even knowing that the world would not fall into a predictable pattern.

    Even knowing they may be treading directly to their deaths.

    Even knowing that their dreams to become heroes may very well no longer apply.

    They have to keep moving forward or they'll lose everything.

    Summary

    He stares at the screen a second longer and then scoffs. "Fuck it. All Might can fucking suffer."

    With a vicious sort of conviction Katsuki punches in another number. He'd rattled it off in hospitals and sitting at the edge of the aftermath of many fights. He'd spoken it to Hizashi and many others over and over as his world fell apart. He'd called it every night after the man died just to hear his voice.

    The line rings once, but only once. Katsuki is all too familiar with the gruff voice that answers on the other side. "Aizawa, who's this?"

    (Or Katsuki makes the ultimate decision to call Aizawa in Chapter 4 of Lycoris)

    Summary

    He's never been good with words. Physical confrontations have always worked better for him. Katsuki doesn't remember a time when he wasn't brash. He doesn't remember ever mincing his words or holding his tongue. Why would he?

    But he does remember wishing he had. He remembers sitting in a daze as he stared at the grinning face of a boy who tried so hard to be his friend. And he'd only been burned in return. Katsuki regrets a lot of things. The longer he spent at UA, the more he realized just how wrong it was. Time passed. People died. A war was fought and lost. In the end, he knelt in the blood and grime, staring up at the stars as he wondered what it was all for.

    Then, he opened his eyes the day he made the worst mistake of his life, holding a charred notebook in his grasp while staring at the tiny figure staring at him with wide and hurt eyes.

    ~~~
    "M-my boy, please, just calm down-"
    "Nope. Not happening Scarecrow. I don't give a shit if you don't want to listen, because you don't have a choice."
    "K-Kaachan-!"
    "This fucking nerd is gonna be your successor, and I won't take no for an answer."
    Summary
    Izuku has gone a long time only trusting one other person. Whether he's injured and bleeding or just needed a shoulder to lean on, Shinsou has been that person for him. When they both got into UA, Izuku believed that he'd finally have a clear shot at a happy life with his closest friend and caring partner, only for everything to get turned on its head when the League of Villains makes their debut.
    The real kicker?
    Izuku isn't sure if he should be angry or terrified of the fact his Adoptive Father is the shadow leader behind the organization whose sole goal in life is to destroy the Symbol of Peace.
    Either way, Izuku's not sure if even his quirk can save all the people he's come to care for from All For One's wrath.
    (Chapters are pretty long. I may go back at some point to break them up but it's kinda my thing at this point to write over 5k chapters.)
    Summary
    A Different Path (Adopted from Vangran, previously named The Iwa Shinobi and migrated to AO3 from Fanfiction.net)
    Small changes bring about great waves. One choice, a single deviation from the path set forward by fate is enough to change everything.
    Or, where Naruto doesn't grow up in Konoha despite keeping her name. Circumstances align on the night of her birth as she finds herself a citizen of Iwa as the little sister of Iwatoshi Deidara.
    The years go by, and as she grows up events play out that place her in exactly the right spot for her true parentage to come to light. A mission to wave brings more questions than answers and the Chunin Exams prove to be enlightening for more than just the Iwa Shinobi. Konoha searches for its lost princess and instead finds a girl forged in blood, explosions, and stone.
    Naruto must learn what is most important to her and what she is willing to lose to remain as she is. She will have to choose between the home she grew up in and the home that was hers from the start.
    (But how can you truly be happy in the home of your enemy? How can you feel complete in the arms of the man who made a devastating choice that endangered you and those you love?)
    Summary
    Hinata was a coward. She was a slight upon her family, their greatest failure. The soft spoken Heiress was no better than a pretty doll on display.
    Uzumaki Naruto was like the sun. A bright spot that lit everywhere she walked. She was a gemstone carefully wrapped in wire and adorned on the highest point.
    Hinata was nothing more than a polished gemstone placed on the crown of fools. She was lost to Naruto. Lost and so unwilling to find her way out.
    Hinata was willing to drown for her, even at the cost of herself.
    Summary
    Minato debates whether killing the man he just met is worth it.
    He’s a few months from the death of his wife and from his relocation to this strange world, a few days since he met the Flame Hashira on an excursion for supplies, and a few seconds away from his son who’s in danger. Not many would have the patience to deal with the situation calmly.
    Naruto is in danger, and after failing Kushina Minato isn’t going to lose anyone else. His wounds are too fresh, his pain far too close to the surface. He will do absolutely anything to keep Naruto safe, even if he loses himself in the process.
    Demons, shinobi, civilians, or anyone else stand no chance against him when his family is on the line.
    Summary
    Relationships are odd things. They act as ties that bind one to another, forming the haven one calls home.
    For the longest time, Naruto hasn't had a home. She could count those who care for her safety on one hand, and even then, most hadn't contacted her in years. She was well aware of the glares and heated words that followed her wherever she go.
    But that didn't matter in the face of her family. They didn't matter when she finally had somewhere to call home, where the soft words of comfort and the welcoming embrace awaited her day in and day out.
    Naruto had a home now.
    She had a family.
    Sometimes all she had to do was remind herself of that.
    Summary
    Shikamaru carries a quiet storm within him, a sharp, seething anger buried beneath layers of carefully constructed calm. It only rises when pushed too far, when the cracks in his composure split open at the seems.
    Asuma nearly died. The thought cuts deeper than anything else, a wound that refuses to heal.
    The one who caused it lies broken at his feet.
    Shikamaru isn’t sure he’ll survive this encounter intact. His soul, already fragile and shattered, was barely held together by the threads he tied with blood and resolve.
    Yet, there’s a glimmer—a memory of golden rays, a light that reminds him of what he fights for, and the devotion that keeps him from unraveling completely. Her visage stares up on him and keeps him sane, even as he drowns in the depths of his despair.
    Summary
    In its purest form, terror was something to behold. Most people went their entire lives feeling only an ounce of the horrifying realization, one that took root in your deepest fears. Terror was a misunderstood emotion. It was the epitome of fear, the multiplier that kicked you in the gut and left scars on who you were.
    Naruto had once been one of the naïve people that believed terror was something you could get over with time. But terror was more than that. Naruto learned that at a young age.
    There was a time when Naruto wore a grin that battled the fierce glares all around her, her eyes lit with unimaginable life. There had been a time when she could look at any situation with optimism. That time vanished along with the innocence of her childhood when her worldview shattered on a fateful snowy night. She grew to only allow very few people into her heart, allowing her to meet the one person who would change everything for her.
    Kabuto stood as someone she was fond of, and with him came another. A man who changed her view of the world and her village for years to come. Sasori of the Red Sand became her guiding light, her teacher. He taught her what it meant to be a ninja when the world was against you.
    Summary
    (Previously under Senju Akihane Naru on Fanfiction.net, moved to AO3)
    The world works in mysterious ways. Those who believe things will end simply are constantly surprised. Among those of normal repute are the giants, those that transcend the abilities of the common man.
    Tobirama grew up around these giants. He was one of them, a God of Shinobi. But, even gods grow weary. Even gods become tired of showcasing their talents and fighting for a cause over and over. So, Tobirama passed his title to the next Hokage. Tobirama chose to go down fighting as he protected his team and village from those that sought its destruction.
    Just as he felt like he was dying, he found his salvation. Senju Tobirama never expected to be saved by a Golden goddess, never expected the kindness of a swordswoman. She proved him wrong time and time again with her kindness and acceptance. Tobirama could not imagine starting a family with anyone else, and he never imagined that that choice would lead to the birth of the future Fourth Hokage, and eventually, his granddaughter Uzumaki Akihane Naru.
    Her story would change the surface of the world, throwing events into place that the world would never forget.
    Summary
    Asphodel
    My regrets follow you to the grave
    There was a pulsing, an echoing in his skull. He couldn’t hear past it. It was like all other noise was simply gone. The dull ache resonated through his bones like a nail hammering into his temple. He couldn’t focus. He couldn’t act.
    His eyes scanned the vision before him. He clawed at the earth. The feeling of his nails digging into the dirt was all that grounded him.
    If he didn’t have that, if he wasn’t feeling the pinch and the wetness under his fingers, he was sure he would have lost himself.
    Terror raced down his spine. He couldn’t help it.
    He was staring at the worst sight of his life. He had seen it before, but only in passing. He had always managed to save them before it turned for the worst. He had never witnessed a death right in front of his eyes.
    But this, here and now, was something out of his worst nightmares. Because staring him down like a ticking bomb was the number over Aizawa’s head. The number counting down to his death.
    And whereas that morning it had been a steady stream of days, amounting to several dozen years...
    Now there wasn’t even an hour left.
