Summary
The Paranormal Liberation War ended years ago. The heroes won, but a horrible price. The decline that followed changed Japan into an autocratic dictatorship ruled with an iron-fist by a woman that once led the HPSC. The heroes that tried to stop that from happening are either dead, in Tartarus, or in hiding. Only a few continue their increasingly futile struggle against the government in the name of long-dead ideals, in their desperation slowly resorting to methods they once deemed unthinkable.
As their struggles continue, no one remembers about the remnants of the Paranormal Liberation Front. The names that once filled heroes and civilians with dread are slowly fading into lines in history books. That is, until something changes.
Almost ten years after the start of the first Paranormal Liberation War, a ghost from the past begins to gather others like him - those broken and forgotten - for their final performance before exiting the stage.

Midoriya Izuku wants to make the world a better place.
He has always wanted to become a hero. Save a lot of people, giving hope to those that were hurt by the society, people like him, and hopefully this corrupted system would change.
Everything was going great! He became the successor of All Might, his idol. He got into UA and is on his way to becoming the greatest hero in the history.Then it all comes crashing down.
With All Might death, the collapse of society, HPSC blaming spree, and a few press conferences later, Midoriya Izuku realised that he was wrong.
Reaching to an old phone he kept locked in the drawer, reaching to the alternative that he thought he had left behind.
He genuinely wants to be a hero. Yet, he realises, he might need a different approach.
This doesn't mean he is going around tearing the system down, it's already broken enough.Because as much as this world has hurt him, Midoriya Izuku wants to make the world a better place.

The villain chuckles softly, ignoring him. Instead, they tilt their head toward Aizawa, still staring at Midoriya. “Funny thing. He doesn’t make much noise anymore during our meetings. No matter what I try.” He leans closer to Midoriya, lowering his voice conspiratorially. “But he sure was concerned when you didn’t seem to be waking up. You… I can see it already. You’ll scream. And he’ll hate every second of it.”
Midoriya’s breath stutters.
The villain straightens, voice louder now, dripping with cruel delight. “But I’m nothing if not fair. Let’s make it interesting, shall we? Here’s the deal. Every time I decide to have some fun, you, my dear boy, get to choose. Him-” He gestures lazily at Aizawa, whose eyes flash with fury even through exhaustion. “Or you.”
Or, Midoriya and Aizawa are captured by a villain wanting revenge on Aizawa.

As Izuku is living on the streets he grows and gets stronger and finds his true purpose in life. One where he isn’t considered useless and people think he’s a hero.

The fluorescent lights in the classroom buzzed to life as Midoriya Izuku pushed open the heavy door, the creak echoing his sigh. His eyes flicker to his desk, and his heart sank. There, sitting on top of his desk, was a wilted bouquet of spider lilies; lying underneath the flowers was a crumpled newspaper. As he walks closer to his desk, the headline becomes clearer : “Quirkless Suicide Rates Rising” in stark black letters.
Or in short, Izuku is tired, fucks around and finds out, and oh? is that a Dadzawa in the distance?? Wait, is Izuku a vigilante???? crazy.

Izuku Midoriya, while he wouldn’t consider himself a lucky individual, was one example of this.
TL;DR I decide to give Izuku a quirk and also project my medical stuff onto him. Fun times :D

All men were not created equal. Izuku knew that from the age of 4, when he was told he didn't have a quirk. That made him lesser, somehow. Quirkless. Useless, according to Kacchan and everyone else for that matter.
But to some, being Quirkless didn't mean useless. To some very bad people, having no quirk meant quite the opposite. Izuku wished he knew then how much he would hope and pray to be Quirkless again, when he wasn't anymore.

That doesn't mean that the pain he has been through hurts any less though. Will it destroy him? Will there be anyone left to pick up the pieces?
