Out of the blue, Sam’s phone rang. On the other end was Amelia Richardson, the veterinarian he’d dated and lived with years ago. Her voice carried an edge of worry as she explained that the ranch she was helping out at had been experiencing strange occurrences. She didn’t know who to call or what to do.
Dean’s eyes lit up at the mention of a real cowboy ranch. “Montana,” he said, grinning. “Twin Bridges. Let’s go see what’s really going on.”

Summary
Sam and Dean have been hunting a vengeful spirit, but this hunt doesn´t go to plan and Dean gets hurt.
Sam prays for help from Castiel, who initially doesn't answer his prayers, but finding out that Dean is hurt, he comes to Sam's rescue. Struggling to heal Dean, they realize that the spirit has possessed Dean and that Sam needs to go back to the haunted house before Dean dies.
Will Sam make it in time, or will this be the end of Dean?

Sam, Dean and Cas have returned from a violent and bloody hunt, which almost ended with one of them nearly losing their life.
Sheriff Jody Mills had been contacted by a local sheriff in Asheville, N.C. about several hikers who had gone missing over the last month. Two of the bodies had been found and the only clue was some sticky spider web that was still attached to their corpses. The body count was up to 11 and the local sheriff knew that Jody had worked some 'unusual' cases in the past.
Jody had called up the boys, knowing that this was going to be right up their street.
