Shouta looks concerned? Sad? Definitely not like he relates to the feeling. Hizashi is going to have to describe the whole concept, aren't they? They should probably stop talking, but that's never been their strong suit.

Summary
"Are you alright?" Hizashi asked, concern evident in his scent. That was weird. Shouta could smell him much better than usual. "Normally you're under a bunch of blankets. It's a little cold in here, even for me."
Something in the back of Shouta's mind decided that was completely unacceptable. Hizashi was cold and he needed to do something about it. Logically, he knew that Hizashi would be okay. That if he was really that cold he could get a blanket for himself. Rationally, he knew that the comment had been more about Shouta's abnormal behavior than Hizashi's temperature.
Typically Shouta was a very rational and logical person. He attributed most of it to his hero training and overall personality, but would but the first to acknowledge some of it had to do with his designation. Betas were seldom plagued by the instincts that effected their alpha and omega peers.

Shouta thinks he's a beta. He's not.

Summary
While sorting through some boxes Shouta finds a cassette tape. It's a compilation of audio recordings Hizashi made. Each one corresponds with a big moment in their lives.
Most of them are sweet moments. Hizashi getting into UA, picking hero names, their first date, getting married.
But some of them talk about the more difficult moments, USJ, the war, Shouta losing his leg. Hizashi was struggling with those parts of their lives more than Shouta had realized.
He might still be struggling with those things. Shouta decides to ask him about it when he gets home.

Summary
"Take your portion with you then," Aizawa says and promptly crouches down to take the containers out.
Yamada got him his favourite, because somehow he knows it and he never fails to bring this for Hitoshi, even though Hitoshi so very rarely stays to eat with them. Aizawa holds the container out for him, together with a pair of chopsticks, as if he knows that he won't be taking it home and Hitoshi swallows before he takes it.
"Thanks," he says, more to Aizawa than Yamada because he can't quite bring himself to be nice to the guy and then he rushes out of there without a look back.
He eats the food before he gets home, because he really can't take it there without it being taken away from him and him being possibly punished for it, too, and he hates to admit it, but the shop Yamada frequents really does make the best lunch.
If only Yamada wasn't such an asshole.

Summary
Present Mic has more than lived up to the picture in Hitoshi's head and so he's especially angry at Class 1-A when they continue to talk badly about him but seeing him with Aizawa now, that soothes something in Hitoshi.
It's clear Aizawa loves him by the way he leans further in, how he follows along to whatever Yamada is rambling about while keeping his hands in sight to follow that conversation as well and Hitoshi has been watching them for a few minutes now but not once does Aizawa come off as annoyed or tells him to shut up, like so many other people do and it's stupid, to be this protective over a grown-ass man, over a teacher and hero no less, but Hitoshi can't help it.
He thinks Present Mic—and therefore Yamada—deserve the world for all that he has—unknowingly—done for Hitoshi and he's glad that apparently Aizawa is on the same page.

"It's—it's Aizawa," Hitoshi says and his voice is shaking in a way that makes Hizashi's stomach drop out.
Hizashi reminds himself that he is Shouta's emergency contact, so if anything had happened to him Hizashi would have been called first, not Hitoshi, so whatever it is it can't be too serious.
At least Hizashi can hope.
"What is going on with Shouta?" he asks, trying to aim for a calm that he no longer feels.
"He's—sitting on the roof of our dorms," Hitoshi shakily says. "Right at the edge."
