The courier is trying to rebuild society from the ground up, making friends with neighbors, making contact with new nations all across what was once the United States and perhaps some day beyond with the end goal of mutual cooperation, but tensions continuously come to bear as disagreements and long time rivalries threaten to tear everything she's building down, while a mysterious force looms in the background trying to sabotage any kind of progress.
All while the courier struggles to keep her city state from imploding, sharks are in the water and Vegas only has so many Securitron's.

Haze's life has been all work and no play. She started working for the OSIC for something... that much she is sure of, but somewhere along her the way she lost her metaphorical glow, if not literal. And now that the second maelstrom event is coming up, she has the pleasure of being assigned the mission of assisting the OSIC's most wanted criminal, Seven. Wonderful, as if she needed more moral dilemmas on her ever expanding mental list. Can she make something out of this shit show, and does she even care at this point?
Seven finally has his sights on freedom, on apotheosis. He just has to work around the less than reassuring team he has aligned himself with. And the chronic pain, and the memories tied to it. And the OSIC agent he can't seem to stop pissing off. And the memory of losing to Lash, of all people. And the... okay, maybe lets stop there. It's starting to sound personal.
Can these two opposites set aside their differences and secure their greatest wishes, or will they kill each other first?
Takes place before, during, and after(?) the ritual. Roughly a year before the ritual.
Conceptualized in April 2026, lore changes after that may contradict as game gets updated.

It's been months since Paige had became a werewolf, so as friends do, Mina tried her best to help the biblomancer. It was certainly rocky, but not terrible, and Paige let the vampire feed from her in turn, a worthy enough arrangement. She figured them to be... good friends perhaps. (Even if 'friend' never sounded quite right.)
So, as all good friends do, when Paige went missing, Mina went searching for her. Nothing could quite prepare her for what she was to find, but she could handle it. Why wouldn't she help her friend?
