Isamu had one goal: to leave his little brother a better Fire country than the one he'd inherited himself. It was a shame his father had dissolved his engagement to Senju Tsunade, who shared many of his ideals and worked tirelessly to protect her people and achieve her dreams. When he finally found himself face to face with her, he had to offer her the opportunity to rule beside him once he became Daimyo, as friends whose marriage would solidify her own power.
He wasn't expecting her to accept after a disastrous incident that made her leave her village, a shinobi named Orochimaru following her closely. Their bond, unlike any Isamu had ever seen, left no room for doubt about the nature of their relationship, which Isamu had no qualms about.
He never thought that, years later, his feelings towards the shinobi who lived with him would change.

This is not something you should read. Except, maybe, if you've read AlilSilverfish's The Thousand Armed Goddess of Mercy because this is pure crack (not so) neatly packaged as a gift for the author of said fic, which is magnificent.

It was supposed to be two weeks. It felt like summer vacation at first. Then office worker Elena finds herself out of a job in the middle of a global pandemic. The solution? Finding a job as a blood donor where she catches the attention of a certain vampire.
Based post great reveal and set during the COVID-19 pandemic.
I was inspired by the IWTV tv show and wondered how the True Blood characters would handle the crisis. Like those ancient vampires have lived through plagues before but a shutdown like this cut off their food source (confinement). I also love a good Godric centric fic and wanted to put something of my own out there. Hope you enjoy my fellow little fanglovers. <3

I find the writing very in character (the Chimes are very good), really want to see what's coming next!

Summary
