Coco peered around Qifrey's shoulder as he drew on a ring of what was to become a new location for the windowway.
"Master Qifrey, where's this one to?" Tetia asked from behind them.
Qifrey finished, then turned to face the girls. "It should lead us directly to Kalhn, just for convenience of travel should we ever need to get there in a hurry."
She nodded enthusiastically, and then ran to go wake up Olruggio so he could make sure everything was ready to go for their little trip.
Marcille hummed softly to herself as she flipped through the many, many books in the castle library. Most of the magic ones were outdated or now illegal, but they were interesting nonetheless. She came across a paper tucked into one of the tomes, and pulled it out.
It seemed to be showing some markings on a large, three-tiered ring of sorts. Marcille set the dusty book down and squinted.
Maybe she might as well try it, since there was an incantation scrawled on the margins of the paper in messy handwriting.
"It could be something that Thistle came up with or found when he was lord..." the girl murmured, and started to search for a place to test this apparently forgotten spell.

Aizawa and Tsukauchi were close enough that words weren’t always necessary.

“What is your quirk?” Tsukauchi asked.

Tsukauchi inched his foot to the right.

Yuuji shakes his head. "For me it's 2018."
"True," Tsukauchi writes it down. "Currently, the year is 2XXX."
Now it's Yuuji's turn to stare. He knows he's not in Kansas anymore, has met and fought and helped people who look straight out of a comic book. He's learned this, processed it, accepted it- but a simple date is enough to shake that acceptance.
After a long moment of silence between them Yuuji finally caves, rubbing at his eyes with his cuffed hands. "So I'm either way into the future or in another world entirely."
or: Yuuji gets caught in a trap that pulls him out of the colony and out of his world entirely. Alone with only his sensei trapped in the prison realm, Yuuji must find a way home as soon as possible.

Okay, time to assess his situation. Yuuji is in a city he's never heard of, the people look strange and unnatural, there is no Cursed Energy anywhere and worst of all, he is seemingly in the future.
"Fuck," Yuuji hisses. He doesn't have time for this, whatever this is. Some kind of grand joke played on him by the universe maybe. Okkotsu and Todo could be dead right now. For all he knows Sukuna has won and this is what the afterlife is like.
