Summary
Gachiakuta Fantasy AU (they still have their vital instruments)- When the kingdom of Lautus is at war, the disappearance of Enjin of the Royal Guard is just what Lieutenant Zanka Nijiku needs to push him over the edge. He vows to find him, against all odds, however complications begin to unfold when a raider of the opposing kingdom falls into his clutches- Jabber Wonger. Will the bloodied raider show him the way or pull him down into a rabbit hole of gnawing feelings?
Or- Zanka finds it harder than he thought it would be to get information out of Jabber. Eventually, they must join forces to do what must be done.

After watching the finale, I instantly thought of this headcanon, and now it's what I believe happens after the ending just because it makes me feel better. In this fic, those who were lost will come back, and words which were not said will be spoken. And everyone will live happily ever fucking after because I say so.

Though the annoyance wasn’t always faked. Dazai read Chuuya like a book and wouldn’t hesitate to prove it. He and his smug arrogance would never shut up, and that sickened Chuuya. Whereas Chuuya was loud and brash, equally annoying Dazai. They hated each other truly, as much as they felt... Well, the emotion was unnameable.
