The first thing he noticed was that he was in the Batcave infirmary, with no one yelling at him, which meant his injuries were serious and that a Bat had found him. He’d never been in here before. It was very tidy, with various items and medications perfectly aligned. Except for that bandage there on the third shelf. It was three centimeters to the left.

He didn’t remember what Joker did to create him: Merely the feeling. The pulse of the neurotoxin swimming through his body like electric eels; the thrum of white hot heat burning through his mind; the utter empty depravation that followed where not even echoes answered him. And in this space with no air or sound he heard him “I will get us out of this.” It spoke so definitively “Whatever it takes I will get us out of this. Just let me take control.”
Aka: Tim is struggling with the long term effects of Jokers torture which manifests in the form of Joker Junior. Bart and Kon want to help.

Tim looked up from his phone as he heard a string of curses down by the beach. Cautiously, he headed down the old wooden staircase off the boardwalk, “Hello?”
A boy’s face popped up over some rocks near the water. His eyes were wide as he stared at Tim. The boy looked around his age, his red hair damp, like he’d just started drying off from a swim. “I’m…fine,” he said unconvincingly.
Tim hurried over to him, ignoring the way the guy’s eyes widened even more and he started protesting. Tim’s threshold of weird was a lot further than most people’s, and he wasn’t going to let something potentially awkward or uncomfortable stop him from helping someone who clearly needed it.
“That’s really not necessary - oof!” the guy scrambled to get up before falling back behind the rocks.
Tim quickly moved around them, bracing his hand against one as he finally could see the whole situation. His breath caught in his throat, seeing the white and red tail sprouting from the boy’s waist. This breached his weird threshold.Written for the MerMay 2026 Prompt, Beached
