Summary
It was - frankly - just an ‘Albus thing.’ Harry got on with James and Lily splendidly. Hell, he got along with Teddy, his godson, better than he did with Albus. James and Lily - the latter of whom had made the Gryffindor quidditch team as Seeker back in October - were sporty champions with plenty of very courageous, very Gryffindor friends, and Harry never seemed to feel toward them the same need he felt toward Albus to constantly project his love of Hogwarts and ease at making friends onto them; they had the same love of school and charisma as their dad to start with, so Harry had nothing to force on them at all. Nevermind Albus; he was far too much effort to make sense of, wasn’t he?

Sirius and Regulus accidentally summon the younger (like six and four years old) versions of themselves and have to face the consequences and work together to fix it. Chaos ensues as past and present collide. Will it also help them fix their relationship on the way ?

Summary
Post-tsunami, Buck wakes up in the field hospital after he finds Eddie and tells him Christopher is missing. He doesn’t remember that Christopher was found and is safe. All he remembers is the look of devastation on Eddie’s face. On the face of the man Buck is in secretly in love with. He can’t stand Eddie being in so much pain, so Buck drags himself back out into the chaos to look for Chris.
Eddie is having Chris checked out so they can get back to Buck and look after him. And so Eddie can thank the man he is secretly in love with for saving his son. But when they are able to get back to Buck, he’s gone.

Ohhh, David realises as he gets handed a plate. Okay, I got it. He was surprised that Bobby’s son hadn’t come up when Michael first mentioned his children given how much emphasis he put on the positive co-parenting relationship their family unit strived to maintain. But then again – Buck was obviously much older than Michael and Athena’s two children if he had a child the same age as Harry. The step/co-parenting dynamic would clearly be completely different than it was with May and Harry.
Or,
The one where David is determined to prove that he’s in it with Michael for the long-haul, and that includes accepting and caring about the children of the Grant-Nash household. All 3 of them.

The thing was, the 118 was full of gossips.
Eddie had been at the station less than a week before Hen and Chim wrangled details about his “hot young thing” from him (“Buck is only 4 years younger than me, he is not a ‘hot young thing’!” Eddie complained.)
And Bobby was open about his worries for his son’s lack of direction and the secrets he appears to be keeping (“I just wish I could help Evan find the thing that gives him purpose,” Bobby lamented.)
It just made it all the more ridiculous (and horrifying) when Eddie realizes he’s been dating his Captain’s son this whole time (“Defiling his baby,” Chimney cackled, because he clearly wanted Eddie murdered.)

Or, the AU where miscommunication abounds as Eddie seeks advice about his new relationship, Bobby despairs over his adopted son's career prospects and his refusal to talk about it, and Evan Buckley-Nash juggles training at the fire academy, building a family with his new boyfriend, and trying to work out how to tell his overprotective dad that he's already chosen the life he wants, actually.

The first time he had stolen it, it had been because he was intrigued. Many men who came into Maison Elise had trinkets on them, valuable jewellery or fine handkerchiefs, gifts for their favourite prostitutes, but not many grown men were walking around Paris with little wooden toys.
It was not worth anything when Fergus had stolen it, he could not sell it for much certainly, but it had been too tempting not to take.
Fergus had never had a toy before. He made do of course, there were plenty of things for him to meddle with in the halls of the parlour, not to mention the streets of Paris, to keep himself entertained; but a toy was something else entirely. It was frivolous, devoid of any purpose beyond entertainment and joy. Fergus did not often have the luxury of such things.

The man—no, the boy—has one big eye smack in the middle of his forehead, just like his mom said. But Percy expects that. What he doesn't expect is the pure look of joy that crosses the cyclops' face at the sight of them.
"Oh, you're here!" he exclaims, smiling. "I was worried that you weren't coming back."
