Once a few years, Omegas instead of a regular heat went through what is called a S-heat. S-heats were like a flu, but all the pain and symptoms were severely intensified. The last time Kimi had a heat like this, he had to be rushed to the hospital and afterwards needed a month to recover. It was safe to say neither of them were looking forward to the repetition of that time. Especially Kimi, who always despised his second gender and the painful heats definitely did not help the case.

Summary
A few years ago, Ian had shown up at Mickey’s door practically begging to see him. From just one glance, it was obvious the kid was panicking. Mickey had agreed to meet him at the store, immediately assuming the worst after witnessing Ian in such a frazzled state. So when the younger boy told him that Monica was back, Mickey was baffled. At the time, he’d given Ian shit for being so dramatic, for making him think it was something serious.
But now, Mickey was finally starting to understand why Monica’s random appearances fucked the kid up so bad.

Set in Season 4 while Mickey is crashing at Ian’s place. What if Monica popped up again during that time?

“It’s not that bad, really,” he rushes to placate. “They usually don’t hurt me. And it’s not every shift either, like once a week at most.”
That only enrages Mickey further. If Ian was trying to calm him down just now, he was doing a pretty shitty job. Horrified, he thinks back to all the times Ian came home with those dead eyes and a giant wad of cash. He can’t imagine what Ian’s been going through this whole time.
Ian takes one last drag, then hands Mickey the cigarette, exhaling the smoke on a heavy sigh. “I’ll take care of it. You should go home, Mick.”

We all know the Fairy Tale was shady as shit and Ian was ABSOLUTELY doing at least a little bit of prostitution. So what if Mickey found out about it and put an end to it before things got too out of hand? Set somewhere in S4/5, after Mickey comes out but before Ian goes to the psych ward.
