Summary
The fear and awe of the Tangled Shore; it's the one thing everybody knows about the Spider. Knowing what there is to know about him, his infamous reputation and 'business' sense included, there is really no excuse you can come up with for yourself nor the the insufferable hots you've been having towards the Eliksni crime lord. The nerve of that bug, doing this to you! Then again, if you can't stop it - why would you? You end up trying to do something about it. It almost goes a bit too well.
On an entirely different note, Cayde turns out to be way chattier than you thought he'd be now that he's dead.

Megatron presses closer and pulls his arm a little higher, until Starscream’s pedes lift off the ground just slightly.
“If I release you,” he says idly, brushing his derma against Starscream’s audial, “you will immediately try to stab me again.”
Starscream grunts.
“Obviously.”
Megatron’s engine purrs at the honesty.

Summary
It was just. Too coincidental for Starscream not to be suspicious. Megatron announces his plans for an inter-faction tournament, an idea, he claims, came to him only after hearing the Construction's reports on the renovation of the Pits a few days prior. One that definitely had nothing to do with a certain argument he had with Starscream that happened the previous day.
Right. Sure.
But Starscream could overlook all of that - albeit with a healthy dose of skepticism and doubt - if it weren’t for the victor’s reward.
Or,
On a Decepticon-ruled Cybertron, Megatron decides to host faction-wide tournament with a rather heavy-stakes prize on the line. Starscream is not too keen on this idea for several reasons.
