“Ya think he will make it?” Pidge asked. They were referring to the car but I was more concerned about me who was going to be in the fucker.
“I hope so! This is our 13th version! I even made the binding between Dignity and the Striker shell stronger with not so cheap material!” Hunk said even though with his complexion he looked pale..
“Let’s see…” I say as I turn to my left and see Keith walk up next to me. He’s still pissed at me from that move I pulled on him and Shiro.

Summary
Keith is staring. Wide-eyed, lips parted, expression pinched in a way Lance has never seen before. His eyes are locked on the gash in his side. Right.
Lance lets his head lull forward to get a good look at it, and grimaces.
The wound starts just below his ribs and tears downward toward his hip in an ugly crescent. At its widest point, it’s maybe the width of three of his fingers. The flesh is split into uneven strips, and thick, dark blood oozes from it, gluing what little remains of the tatters of Lance’s suit in the area to his skin.
Keith looks distinctly horrified by it.

Just don’t come later than six, or I’ll have to turn you away again for another class that goes until seven, with the pool itself closing for the night at seven thirty sharp.”
”I’m not—“ Keith attempted to explain his presence at least somewhat rationally.
Before he had the chance to finish the thought, the man resumed jumping to conclusions that found his face burning with a renewed vigor that rivaled the sun’s chaotic glow. ”Oh,” he gasped, blue eyes blown wide and newly apologetic, flicking to the place just past his shoulder and back again in quick succession. “I’m sorry, we don’t get many fathers showing up to support their kiddos. I’m Lance, the swimming instructor. I take it your son is my newest student Keith?”-----

Summary
Lance couldn't be happier for Keith than when he told Lance he was picked to go on the Garrison's Kerberos mission. Only a few months later, when it was announced that the mission had failed and all members were reported dead, Lance felt as if his world had ended. He didn't want to believe that his boyfriend was gone. So when Shiro showed up in an alien spacecraft, very much alive, Lance knew the garrison lied, and his boyfriend may still be out there. And he was going to find him, if it was the last thing he did.
