Summary
Leon has become a master of the slow fade, a ghost haunting his own life until there’s nothing left but the sharp scent of whiskey and the hollow echoes of a man who stopped caring months ago. He exists in the spaces between memories he'd rather forget, pulling the shadows around him like a second skin.
Chris is the only one who refuses to let him vanish. Armed with a stubborn, quiet persistence and a refusal to look away, he remains the sole anchor in Leon’s drifting world. It’s a heavy, wordless vigil, a tug-of-war between Leon’s desperate need to isolate and Chris’s terrifyingly steady presence. In the suffocating stillness of what remains, they are forced to navigate the blurred lines of a bond that is as much a lifeline as it is a burden.
A study of the fine line between saving a man and breaking him further, navigating an intimacy neither was ever trained to handle.

Summary
The leather glove hit the ground with a wet thump as he walked away. Away from all that happened in a city he so desperately wanted to forget. Wanted to, but never could. The smile he’d spared Grace lingered on his face as he slid the puzzle piece back in its place, yet the cold that radiated throughout his finger made the engraved promise surface in his mind.

Summary
Chris keeps throwing subtle glances towards Leon as they advance through the dark tunnels only illuminated by their flashlights.
Something is wrong with Leon. Chris just knows it.
The way he had pulled away from Chris as if he’d been burned, the paleness of his face and the sheer fear he’d read in his eyes when he’d shone the light on his face…
Even now, Leon’s stance is rigid, the tension in his shoulders visible as is the tightness of his grip around his handgun.
More strangely, there’s also a scent following in Leon’s wake. There shouldn't be one since Leon is a beta.
It confuses Chris. He doesn’t know what to make of it all.

Leon's true nature as an omega has been skillfully hidden since his recruitment in USSTRATCOM, at least until his heat suppressants fail him in the middle of an op. He's now stuck in the middle of nowhere with danger lurking in every corner, about to experience his first heat in eight years in the company of Chris Redfield, an alpha as luck would have it...

Summary
"Didn't realize it was a crime to make sure your friend was ok.” Leon hissed at the remark, pulling his jeans down and handing them to Chris with a growl, the belt laying loosely open and clinking together. “Yeah well a little privacy goes a long way.”
Chris raised an eyebrow, holding out his hand. “Boxers too.” Leon shakes his head, limping towards Chris's bathroom. “I think you've seen enough, the next part is reserved for lovers and doctors. Last I checked you still haven't bought me dinner yet.”

Summary
Trauma does things to people, changes them irreversibly and makes therapy the only way out to learn how to handle the new pain. The pain, which no bandaid or ointment in this world can soothe.
Leon S. Kennedy knows this all too well. His head is never silent. Not after Raccoon City and certainly not after Spain. He survived, completed the mission, but at what cost?
When Jason choked him during their final fight, Leon's head had became blissfully silent for a mere second. When acid hit and ate through his skin while he saved Claire, the same thing happened. When Leon experimentally put out a cigarette onto his own skin, he proved the hypothesis. The real pain silenced his internalised pain, made it far more bearable. It drags Leon down memory lane and into taking risks, he probably should not take, finally making people call him Leon "Slut" Kennedy to mock him.
Finally, China reveals what he tried to hide at all cost.
Or: Leon gets tired of his life due to all of the trauma he has been through. He finds that inflicting physical pain helps to quiet his mind. Thanks to Jack Krauser's teachings, however, he requires someone else to inflict it.
