The Centaurs having secured their place in the 2026 cup final, earned a well-timed week off that fortunately coincided with the premiere of the documentary film spotlighting the Irina Foundation and the Game Changers Hockey Camps.
Ilya and Shane decided to take advantage of this situation and host all the coaches from the Game Changers camps and their extended families for not only the screening of the film but for a chance to celebrate the parents and parental figures that have be vital to their successes.

“Still want to hunt me?” Rozanov smirked and Shane slapped his chest.
“Asshole,” he huffed. Part of him wanted to sit up but he was tired. His stamina couldn’t keep up with Ilya’s.
“Rest,” Rozanov said softly, tracing circles into his skin. It made it harder to keep his eyes open.
“Rozanov,” Shane mumbled sleepily. This is how things usually went. Shane, tired and spent, Ilya, a watchful eye as the Hunter rested better than he did without the vampire.
“I stay,” Rozanov’s deep voice assured him.
Shane always promised this time was the last time.
It never was.

“Do you think you can find something before the sanctions conference?" Scott asked. Right. It would be in New York that year. In about four months. Kip wanted to give Scott the relief he was looking for, the comfort her so desperately was asking for as his big brow eyes bore into Kip’s.
“I’m sure I can,” Kip said softly, and rested his hand over Scott’s that was resting on the counter. He watched as Scott sucked in a sharp breath. Kip’s hands were always cold, he knew this. Must be freezing for a wolf. He was always a better empath than the others but even without touching Scott he could feel the weight the other man was carrying on his shoulders.
