Summary
So I wrote a thing in high school ages ago and I want to take it and actually flesh it out but knowing me I will procrastinate it. Plus writing isn't usually my thing-- drawing is. So I figured if I posted it now, it'd embarrass me enough to give it a new shinny polish.
Basically it's Tim waxing on about living in Wayne Manor
[update it is 1/3/19 and it has been 9 months, it is a new years and I've resigned myself to leaving this as it is... maybe one day]

For Whumptober 2023
Days 7 & 9. Prompts Used:
Radio Silence, "Can you hear me?", Mistaken IdentityTim Drake, aged 11, finds an abandoned walkie-talkie and decides to start his own little personal radioshow to combat his loneliness. Jason Todd, Robin, happens to have the other walkie, and soon Tim doesn't feel as lonely anymore.
Tim Drake, aged 16, is lonely once again. But now he's Robin. He keeps talking into the walkie, and his one-man audience happens to still be the same... if a bit more murderous.

Summary
After the deaths of his parents, Tim decides to use his dead uncle's idendtity for his "fake uncle" plot.
Little does he know, his dad years ago found out his brother is Green Lantern and decided to legally keep him dead, and bury his own last name, taking Janet's. Tim, few months into his isolation, ends up finding out his mysterious and DEAD uncle hal, is Hal Jordan.
Green Lantern.
And is most for sure alive. And wanting to take up a part in his nephew's life. Tim struggles with balancing the lies of not telling the Bat's about the uncle situation and now it being Green Lantern, while also not telling Uncle Hal he's Robin.

“Jason no,” Dick moans in genuine distress. “Please tell me those aren’t what I think they are."
“I respect you too much to lie to you like that,” he says cheerfully as he slips 5 of the emblems into one pocket before holding the last one out to Dick proudly, with a smile so sunny it’s alarming to see on his usually sullen face.
“Jason this isn’t what I meant when I said you should show the kids that you care. Pick something else. Anything else. Hell, you can even keep being mean to them. Just not this,” Dick pleads as he stares at the primary colored object of his misery in Jason’s palm.
“Nope!” Jason replies cheerfully. “C’mon Dick, take your first Bat Scout badge. You’ve earned it.”

“I know.” Jason said, looking down at Tim and saying softly. “He doesn’t feel safe Dick. I respect that even though he will never need a reason for company.”
OR
Tim is touch-starved and falls asleep when he has physical contact, his go to person for this? Jason. No one understands why but they accept it.
