    I had the random idea of "What if crossover between Undertale & Slay the Princess" so here it is.

    He wasn't quite sure why the notion of being on a path in the woods stuck out to him, but it did. Like a lingering echo that he couldn't shake off.

    [Proceed down the path]

    After brushing himself off, and taking a few tentative steps towards the ancient looking pillars, the measly sunlight was quickly gone, though it wasn't dark exactly either. The light was hard to describe. He took a few steps into the area still illuminated only for another one of those golden flowers to appear. Except, it very much had a face and then it started speaking.

    “Howdy! I'm Flowey, Flowey the flower!” It spoke with an overdramatically cheery voice.

    “Ne’re have I seen a Pawn fall from the sky, let alone two!” The warrior crowed with stunned excitement.

    “Nor have we seen such magicks used before.” The woman added.

    Another cause for alarm for the Princess. They had apparently seen their entrance into this place, as well as her transformation, which could definitely be misinterpreted if not careful. She would need to tread lightly and get the upperhand quickly.

    The Princess and Quiet had finally broken the cycle of endless bloodshed by choosing to leave it all behind as mortals. Only in doing so, they seem to have quite literally stumbled and fallen into another endless cycle, this time, with a different cast entirely.

    Now mistaken for a being called a ‘Pawn’ they have little choice but to accompany the Arisen and their companion on their pre-destined journey to fit into this new world, much to the increasing ire of the One Who Watches aka, the Pathfinder.

    They would not let them break this cycle too.
