Summary
Whether he was aware of it or not, Vegeta started treating arguing like foreplay, and she was always too quick to indulge him. On several occasions, they wound up in each other’s faces, mere centimeters apart, daring the other to move closer. His eyes would burn, almost playfully, lacking the usual malice he gave everyone else. She knew what he looked like when he was genuinely angry, and those moments dropped in frequency over the past few months. At least with her.
She knew what changed their dynamic, too.
