Summary
He could imagine Tartah’s red face perfectly! Perhaps it’s because he’s so pale that his true heart is bared as though written on his sleeve, but Custas thanked the heavens for it. It’s how he knew when to push: that extra confirmation that, despite Tartah’s dismissal or arguments, he did enjoy being teased by Custas. Why else would he blush and avert his eyes, change the subject, stammer– the list goes on! Which is exactly why Custas would be able to hold smile, maintain his composure and offer, “You can sit a bit closer, if you want.

Tartah sent her a smile, nodding in agreement. “Imagine how much food we haven’t tried that’d be commonplace to another.”
That had Coco gasping. She bounced on her heels with excitement as she turned, spinning back toward them. “Oh! It’s around lunchtime, isn’t it? What if we all found something from a stall and have a little picnic away from the crowds? We can each find something we think no one else has tried before and then bring it!”

Upon learning that Coco, Tartah and Coustas have different cultural meals that they haven't heard of before, they decide to visit a market and find something to present to each other as a new experience to share.
