In front of him, there are three familiar faces which could only be the ones responsible for this. He still remembers their name. Gaku, Natsuki Seba, and Yoichi Nagumo.
“What is the meaning of this?” Slur asks and scowls at the three. He’s not one against jokes. Not to mention, he could be as playful when he feels like it. But if they’re trying to joke right now, this is too far.
“We’ve had enough of you playing with our feelings,” Gaku merely replies.
“You can’t just keep messing with us and seriously think that you’ll get away with it,” Natsuki joins in the conversation.
“Haha. You’re too cruel, Kei,” Yoichi adds.

Summary
Kokushibou is at a terrible mental state, where life pivots down his emotions into pure emptiness, almost like there was no purpose to life anymore, but doesn't realize it. The secretary makes an attempt to change the identity or leave the past, though it's more like he is running as fast as he can from it, but no matter how quick, it always right behind to haunt, making it impossible to let go. In the process, Doma meets the other and comes to grow invested in this mysterious nature that he holds, perhaps finding a way to take advantage of it in the future while learning to love someone.
Kokushibou also struggles with letting go of people in the past and letting new ones in, however growing to change that overtime.
They aren't sure what they want from each other, but they clash painfully right.
This will have both Douma and Kokushibou backstories, but with the story starring Kokushibou a little more just for a heads up
